1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SwiftHub Video Tracking Application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SwiftHub provides a video tracking and monitoring platform that enables users to:

  • Connect and manage CCTV / IP camera streams

  • Monitor warehouse operations remotely

  • Store and retrieve video footage

  • Tag and extract event-based clips

The Service may include analytics, alerts, and integrations with third-party systems.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your company.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Ensure proper consent is obtained before recording individuals

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Ensure your devices and camera streams are properly configured

You must NOT:

  • Use the Service for unlawful surveillance

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the system

  • Upload malicious code or unauthorized content

5. Data & Privacy

  • You retain ownership of your video data

  • By using the Service, you grant SwiftHub the right to process and store data for service delivery

  • SwiftHub may collect metadata (e.g., timestamps, device status, usage logs)

SwiftHub does not sell your video data to third parties.

6. Video Storage & Retention

  • Storage duration depends on your subscription plan

  • SwiftHub may delete footage after the retention period expires

  • Users are responsible for exporting important data before deletion

7. Service Availability

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”

  • SwiftHub does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime

  • Maintenance or outages may occur

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party hardware or software (e.g., IP cameras, cloud storage). SwiftHub is not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems.

9. Fees & Payment

  • Certain features require a paid subscription

  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

  • SwiftHub may change pricing with prior notice

10. Account Suspension & Termination

SwiftHub may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You misuse the Service

  • Payment is overdue

You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and technology of the Service remain the property of SwiftHub. You may not copy or reproduce any part without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftHub shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data or video footage

  • Security breaches caused by user negligence

  • Indirect or consequential damages

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SwiftHub harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Violation of laws (e.g., surveillance/privacy laws)

  • Misuse of video data

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

15. Changes to Terms

SwiftHub may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
