SwiftHub (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our iOS application (“App”) and related services.
1. Information We Collect
When you use SwiftHub, we may collect the following types of information:
Account Information
Name, email address, phone number, and other details you provide when creating or using an account.
Order & Fulfillment Data
Shipping addresses, order details, warehouse data, and inventory information necessary to provide logistics and fulfillment services.
Device Information
Device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and diagnostic data used to improve app stability and performance.
Usage Data
Interactions with features, in-app navigation, and analytics used to enhance product usability and reliability.
Recorded Videos (User-Generated Content)
If you use the App’s recording features, videos you capture may be uploaded to cloud storage (such as Dropbox) only when you enable or request this feature.
Videos are stored and organized using an internal technical identifier (UUID) that does not contain personal data and cannot identify individual users.
We do not collect or embed personally identifiable information inside video files.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

Uploaded videos are used only for service functionality and never for advertising or tracking.

For hosting, cloud storage, IT support, or other operational services (e.g., Dropbox, AWS).
Logistics & Fulfillment Partners
When needed to process, store, or deliver your orders.
Legal Authorities
If required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of users or the public.
We do not share recorded videos with third parties except for storage providers you authorize.
4. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Recorded videos uploaded to cloud storage remain in your account (or our service account, depending on configuration) until you remove them.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Your Rights below).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.
